FloNeo is being built by students and interns from different parts of India, without a conventional full-time product team. The work is real, the users are real, and so is the responsibility. If you are looking for a placement that ends in a certificate, this is the wrong page.
Three founders: one born in 1972, two aged 19 and 22. Everything published so far - this site included - was made by people doing it for the first time.
What the work actually is
- Challenging work
- You will be handed problems that do not have a documented answer, because nobody here has built this before either. The interesting parts are not the tickets - they are the questions underneath them.
- Early responsibility
- Work goes into the product, not into a folder. If you build a page, that page is what visitors see. If you get it wrong, that is what they see too, which is why decisions are talked through before they ship.
- Remote collaboration
- The team is spread across India and works remotely. That means writing things down, sharing work before it is finished, and saying early when you are stuck rather than at the deadline.
- A platform built by students and interns
- FloNeo has been built by students and interns from different parts of India, without a conventional full-time product team. That is not an excuse for quality. It is proof that access, mentorship and a serious mission can turn early talent into builders.
- Measurable ownership
- You should be able to point at a piece of FloNeo and say what you built and why it works the way it does. Vague contributions are hard to be proud of and harder to hire on later.
I started a company in my 50s with co-founders aged 19 and 22 because the future is too important to leave to one generation.

Listed roles go up here, and hiring runs through Internshala when one opens. Open applications are still read in the meantime - a small team before launch is exactly when the right person changes what gets built.

Send one link to something you have made - a repository, a design file, a page, a spreadsheet that runs something real - and one paragraph on what you would change about FloNeo. A CV is welcome but it is not what we read first.
